Hitesh Oberoi

MD & CEO, INFO EDGE INDIA LIMITED

Hitesh is a co-promoter, MD and CEO of Info Edge India Limited. Apart from the country's leading job site, Naukri.com, Info Edge also owns Jeevansathi.com, 99acres.com and the recently launched Shiksha.com and has investments in various internet startups as well.

With 11 years of experience in the internet industry, he is part of various industry forums. He is a charter member of the TiE, New Delhi and also the Chairman of IAMAI – The Internet and Mobile Association of India.

Prior to Info Edge, Hitesh worked for almost four years as the Regional Planning and Distribution Manager (North India) for the Ice Cream Division of Hindustan UniLever Limited, the Indian arm of Unilever Plc.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore, he won the Prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award along with his Partner Sanjeev Bikhchandani for Business Transformation in 2008.

Ajay Lavakre

Sr Vice President & MD India, RMS

Ajay Lavakare is a Senior Vice President with Risk Management Solutions (RMS) and Managing Director of its India office. After returning from California in 2009, Ajay established the RMS India Data Center of Excellence in Noida. Prior to that, Ajay developed a new business initiative for RMS in the US, focused on creating a range of data services, products and solutions to help insurance and reinsurance companies improve the quality of their exposure data used in catastrophe risk modeling
Ajay is also the founder of RMSI Pvt. Ltd, one of Indiaís leading geospatial information services and solutions companies. He established RMSI in 1992 as a joint venture with RMS. RMSI was sold to the Daily Mail, one the UKís leading media enterprise, in 2002.
Prior to founding RMSI, Ajay worked in Tokyo with Kumagai Gumi Ltd., a leading Japanese architecture/engineering/construction company.
Ajay has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (New Delhi, India) and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University (California, USA).
Ajay is an active member of the Indian Angel Network (IAN) and a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Delhi chapter. His investment interests include information businesses that use data and analytics. He lives in New Delhi, and enjoys tennis, jazz and good wine and coffee.

Sanjeev Aggarwal is a co‐founder of Helion and serves on the Boards of IndiaHomes, Amba Research, Eye‐Q, MakeMyTrip, Global Talent Track, Azure Power, Nine dot Nine Mediaworx and Vienova. Prior to Helion, Sanjeev was the Founder and CEO of Daksh, having been with the company from its inception in 2000 to its acquisition by IBM in 2004. Sanjeev ran the company as its CEO till June 2006. Daksh was a pioneer in BPO sector in year 2000 and had over 20,000 employees by June, 2006. During this period, Daksh was rated as the World's Best Managed BPO company (Black Book of Outsourcing) and was ranked as the #1 employer in Indian BPO market by IDC. Sanjeev was chosen "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year" in 2002.
Prior to founding Daksh, he worked for 15 years with leading technology companies serving the domestic Indian market. Sanjeev led the Strategic Initiatives at Motorola India. He worked with Digital Equipment Corporation in delivering technology solutions and was recognized as the "Decathlon Winner", a recognition given to top 1% managers worldwide. He also served as the CEO of 3COM India.
